Third person charged in corruption probe

Oliver Peterson

A third person has been charged with corruption, accused of working with two others to steal millions of dollars from the Department of Communities.

Senior public servant Paul Whyte and his co-accused Jacob Antonitsz were last month charged with taking $2.5 million from the department, however police prosecutors say that figure could blow out as investigations continue.

Nine News reporter Gary Adshead told Oliver Peterson the woman is not a State Government employee.
