From today if you’re heading out for a coffee, a pint or even a haircut, you’ll have to register your contact details as part of the new mandatory contact tracing register.

But instead of filling out a page with your details – like we were doing earlier in the year – there’s a new easier process for both businesses and customers:
the Safe WA App which utilises QR codes and your phone.
