The future of travel

Australians are known to travel further and for longer than most other nationalities. The coronavirus pandemic has clipped our wings for now but how will travel look post-crisis?

Cruise and travel expert from Bicton Travel Barry Downs joined the Weekend Catch-Up where he told Mark Gibson he believes some cruise ships will come back into business at some point this year.

“Initially when people are allowed to travel again they will do it in a slightly different way.

“People might start to look at rooms with balconies or smaller ships.”
