The results are in and it’s official: The Best Sausage roll and Best Gourmet Pie are here in WA!

This week was the finals of the Official Great Aussie Pie and Sausage roll Competition, and WA has again took out several of the top prizes!

Chief Judge Mike French walks us through what makes a good pie and how to avoid getting ‘pied out’ while testing! And Toodyay Bakery’s Jason Marion tells us the secrets of their award winning sausage roll, which has been crowned the best in Australia!
