Perth man Taylor Smith, who is living and working in Canada, says he was shocked to hear Mark McGowan say international arrivals were “being dumped on our doorstep”.

Taylor told Weekend Brunch he was just trying to come home and Australia’s international arrivals cap made booking flights difficult.
