Telstra is planning to return all of its call centre staff to Australian shores.

Thousands of staff are still based offshore, but the telco is aiming to have all call centres back in Australia within the next two years.

Telstra Group Executive, Consumer and Small Business told Oliver Peterson the telco has seen a uplift in people interacting with the business online.
