Telecommunications complaints have increased in the past year the latest report has revealed, 13,623 West Australians needed the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman’s intervention in the past year with issues relating to the internet and NBN, with Mandurah and Armadale two of the worst suburbs.

“We see complaints when consumers experience doesn’t match their expectations and that will often drive complaints to us,” Judi Jones, the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman told 6PR Breakfast.
When Steve asked about the complaints about trying to speak with someone within the county and Ms Jones replied.
