Telco wait blowout

Got an issue with your phone or internet service? We hope you’ve got some spare time on your hands to get it sorted.

The latest report by ACCAN (Australian Communications Consumer Action Network), ‘Can you hear me?’, found it takes an average of 13 days to have an issue resolved, but more than two months if your problem is not straight forward.

“We’ve been able to rank them but really to be perfectly honest it’s quite disappointing overall,” Tesera Corbin from the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network told 6PR Breakfast.
