The Productivity Commission has released a report finding around a quarter of Australian superannuation funds are “doing a poor job of servicing customers”.

Personal Finance Editor at The West Australian Newspaper, Neale Prior told Chris we’re being ripped off.

“People who are in the accumulation (working) phase of their lives have the most complicated choices,” Mr Prior said.

“A lot of the time people have multiple funds which basically disappear.”
