Shoppers losing thousands, is it laziness or conflict avoidance?

Would you return a faulty item if you bought it online? What about if it was under $25?

New research has found two thirds of online shoppers could be losing hundreds of dollars because they either can’t be bothered returning low-cost purchases or because they consider the returns process too inconvenient.
