A report by the KPMG released today has found the gender pay gap and gender discrimination is increasing, with men earning $240 a week more than women.

Workplace culture and leadership expert, Tammy Tansley spoke with Oly. “It’s really got to be about can the man or the woman do the job. Leaving aside that they may choose to go off and have a child, can this woman do the job first and foremost…just focus on the right person for the job.”
