International award winning plein air artist Leon Holmes joined Tony McManus on Saturday Nights to discuss the second annual ‘Plein Air Down Under’ festival.

Spanning the 26th to the 28th of September and located in the Mandurah CBD, the festival includes workshops, a daily ‘wet painting’easel exhibition, organised outdoor painting sessions, feature artist demonstrations and artist talks.
