Today’s average price of Unleaded petrol has hit 154.8 cpl, the highest since July 2014. Many fuel sites are charging up to 159.9 cpl for ULP.

Steve and Baz were outraged at the increase and questioned why Perth’s (and WA) fuel jumps so much coompared to the rest of the country.

University of Melbourne’s David Byrne told the boys our stark weekly cycle began back in about 2010. ‘One thing that makes Perth different from the other markets is the cycle happens week to week, where as in all the other major cities they have a monthly cycle’.
