Perth Airport is using vehicles to block a number of Virgin Australia planes parked on the tarmac, saying it’s chasing outstanding invoices for airfield and terminal use.

Airport management says the planes have been parked for some time, and it’s just protecting its interests.

Perth Airport says it’s still allowing Virgin to operate about 180 FIFO and domestic flights a week through Terminal Two.
