A Perth man has expressed his frustration at WA’s liquor licencing restrictions, after being told his bid to open a small bar in Northbridge may be derailed by strict licensing conditions.

Sam Winfield wants to open Perth’s first natural wine store and bar, but told Mornings with Gareth Parker that some of the licensing conditions being recommended are unreasonable.
