One of Perth’s best can’t wait to “kick the doors open”

From Monday May 18 cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs will be able to open for up to 20 people for seated dining only.

One of Perth’s top hospitality operators Andy Freeman told Mark Gibson he’s looking forward to opening his venues. They will be looking at doing a few separate sittings of 20 people.

“We’ll find a model that suits, that we’ll be able to make work for the time being,” said Mr Freeman.

“To turn the music on and kick the doors open with 20 is definitely half baked but we’re going to try and make it work.”

Mr Freeman’s venues include The Flour Factory, Varnish on King, Hadiqa and Caballitos.
