National Broadband Network Chief Executive Bill Morrow joined Mornings with Gareth Parker today, in a bid to reassure frustrated customers who are having issues with the NBN.

Mr Morrow told Mornings, he accepts that there have been problems with the roll-out, but they’re working hard to address them.
