Johann Kim began in retail selling jewellery from a suitcase to fund his travels, but was inspired to open giftware store Pigeonhole in 2007. Now Pigeonhole has seven bricks and mortar shops across Australia, and plans to expand overseas, and Kim has just been named one of Vend and the National Retail Association’s Remarkable Retailers, recognising his out of the box thinking.
