Earlier this week, Australian Football Hall of Fame legend Graham ‘Polly’ Farmer died aged 84.

Polly’s daughter, Kim Farmer spoke with Carmen and Craig about her father’s legacy and the state memorial that will take place at Optus Stadium on Monday 26th August.
