Former police commissioner Karl O’Callaghan made headlines earlier this week after an internal police report filled with allegations of sexual harassment, criminal misconduct and gambling threatened to trash his reputation as top cop.

The allegations found in the report were found to be unfounded by the Australian Crime and Corruption Commission and police professional standards investigations, but the allegations contained in the documents were made public by WA media.
