New research has revealed all insects could be extinct within 100 years. But the scientists warn it would be detrimental to us to lose the creepy crawlies.
“One of the main services they do, is pollination. 70 per cent of the food we eat is pollinated,” Dr Francisco Sanchez-Bayo from the University of Sydney told 6PR Breakfast.
