‘I’m finding that logic hard to follow as well’

Federal Attorney General Christian Porter believes those taking action against hard border closures have a strong argument for their challenge.

WA is remaining firm on its decision to keep its borders closed – in a bid to prevent any further cases of coronavirus.

A High Court challenge has been launched.

Mr Porter told Gary Adshead on Mornings the Federal Government recognises these are difficult decisions for states to make.
