If you can’t exercise… Move
More than half of Australian’s haven’t exercised in three months and the experts say that could be just as dangerous as smoking.
Professor Jon Buckley from the University of Adelaide says something is better than nothing when it comes to moving around and some sort of exercise.
When we asked our listeners what they do for exercise that’s not really exercise, caller Russell told us it’s his job that keeps him fit.
“I shoulder all the responsibility, I’m jumping to conclusions, I’m running down the boss and climbing the ladder to success. At the end of the day, I’m exhausted,” he joked.
