Just days after it was announced that Huawei had won the tender for the PTA’s big telecommunications contract, it’s been revealed key ministers benefited from thousands of dollars of travel paid for by the company.

The telecommunications giant gave Transport Minister Rita Saffioti and Education Minister Sue Ellery an expenses-paid tour of China and free mobile phones in 2015.
