Scientists at Murdoch University have a found a way to zap fruit, killing mould and extending shelf life using air.

Plant Scientist and Senior Lecturer at Murdoch University Kirsty Bayliss joined Darren and Sue to explain how they use ‘cold lightning’ to naturally extend the shelf life of our fruit.
