The Inspector of Custodial Services has handed down its report into the Greenough Regional Prison outbreak in which 10 inmates escaped.

The report found it took about six months to return to regular operations following the incident which happened in July less year – with less frequent lock downs.

Inspector Eamon Ryan told Gareth Parker some units are still yet to open.
