Farmers want out of puppy farming laws

Farmers are asking the McGowan Government for an exception to the proposed puppy farming laws, saying their working dogs are different from the average family pet.
Dr Don Robertson is part of the Working Kelpie Council of Australia and spoke to 6PR Breakfast about their needs.
