One-man band Duncan Harris runs the only organic winery in Perth.

Given his ancestors operated one of the first illegal distilleries in Australia in 1805, it’s no surprise he also turned his hand to making vodka, gin and brandy.

Duncan believes in sustainability and organic methods and that the vineyard should tell the story of the wine; it should allow it to produce wine flavours that give a sense of place, the soil and the “Swan Valley wine region”.
