Extinction Rebellion protesters are seeking pro-bono legal representation as they prepare to go to court.

An email’s been circulated around the city’s law firms ahead of court dates for around 70 protesters facing charges including disorderly conduct and obstruction after a mass protest in the city earlier this month.

Spokesman Jesse Noakes told Gareth Parker he’s already had interest from lawyers.
