Explosion at Kallaroo public toilets

Nine News reporter Kelly Haywood is at Belrose Park in Kallaroo this morning where a toilet block has apparently been blown up.
Kelly told Gareth Parker Police are concerned about the welfare of three youths who were seen running out of the building after the blast.
