A stoush is brewing in Mundaring, over whether dogs should be allowed off leash along the Railway Reserve Heritage Trail.

The Shire of Mundaring is considering making the trail an off-leash area, sparking a mixed response from dog walkers and trail-users.

Mornings with Gareth Parker spoke with Darlington resident Philip Daniels who supports allowing dogs off their leash, and Chantelle Magnus who says dogs should remain on leash.
