Does your ATAR determine success in University?
New analysis shows just one in four students are entering university undergraduate courses based on their ATAR, exposing a huge contrast to the importance placed on ATAR in schools.
“Essentially each student gets ranked based on their scores in their subjects and they get given a number from 30 to 99.95…it’s essentially the percentage of students that they’ve gotten ahead of.
