Credit cards, car parks and call centres gone within a decade

No carparks, no credit cards, no service stations in five to ten years. That’s the prediction from futurist Michael McQueen.

Call centres could also be on the list of things to go with technology taking over the role Mr McQueen, author of How to Prepare Now for What’s Next, told 6PR Breakfast.
