The City of Stirling has apologised to a woman whose party at her retirement village was shut down.

Around 90 Karrinyup Lifestyle Village residents attended the party on Saturday night only to have it shut down by local rangers because they didn’t have a permit.

Host Kerry Bessen told Gareth Parker on Mornings the council has admitted they were wrong.
