Could you have anxiety and not know it?

We’ve all had a friend who blows things out of proportion or an elderly aunt with a touch of the nerves, but while most of us would say we don’t have anxiety, our habit of keeping to ourselves, drinking a little too much or scrolling for hours on your phone  may be signs of anxiety.
