Clive Palmer launches new High Court proceedings: “I am not backing down”

Clive Palmer has told 6PR Breakfast that “I am not backing down and this is not a set back” following the Federal Court ruling yesterday. The Federal Court has said that the hard borders are the best way at stopping Covid-19 from entering WA. The case has now been sent to the High Court.

Clive told us that he was continuing on with the High Court challenge to test the law. He also told us that he is today commencing proceedings in the High Court against the Premier and Attorney General for contempt of the High Court.

Clive also responded to being portrayed as a cane toad, chicken and Dr Evil in “The West Australian Newspaper.”
