John Lamont has been attending the Dawn Service at Kings Park for fifteen years and was stunned to return to his car today to find a $200 fine on it.

After a significant backlash, including a tongue-lashing from Deputy Premier Roger Cook, the City of Perth announced it will withdraw the fines.
