Can you use your phone to pay at drive-through restaurants or use Siri while you are driving? Can you use your smart watch while driving? These are some of the grey area’s that have emerged in WA’s road rules since the rise of smart phones and new technologies.

Police Minister Michelle Roberts wants more power to amend the traffic code to deal with these grey areas. State Traffic Senior Sergeant Simon Baxter joined Michael and Carmen on the Breakfast Program to discuss the issue.
