Bin police planned for Melville

The City of Melville could soon be dishing-out fines to ratepayers who don’t sort their rubbish into the correct bins, or leave their bins out for too long.
Melville Mayor Russell Aubrey told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the threat of fines sends a strong message to people who breach the rules.
