Big cash ban on buses

Lisa Barnes & Geof Parry

Transperth bus drivers will soon decline riders wanting to pay with $50 or $100 notes with many people taking advantage of buses who don’t carry change and let them on for a free ride.

Our listeners joined the conversation saying it’s a State service so the public should be allowed to use cash, others say they never use cash.
