Accessing home care services safely during the pandemic

Julie-anne Sprague

Baptistcare is adapting the home care sign up processes and service delivery to protect the health and safety of customers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Baptistcare CEO Russell Bricknell told Simon Beaumont they have staff who are specially trained in how to work with people during the crisis.

“We also have the ability to contact people without it being in person using contactless services and virtual appointments.”

The aged care system can be confusing but with Baptistcare, people can still get help and access services without compromising safety.
