Kalyn Dessert joined Simon to talk about WA’s first established distillery, The Hoochery. Kalyn’s Father, Raymond Dessert III (affectionately known as Spike) ran the Hoochery in the East Kimberley region and it is WA’s oldest continually running distillery.
