The Shire of Pingelly is tackling housing shortages with a new Residential Park Home Package, allowing residents to lease land for tiny homes.

Shire of Pingelly chief executive Andrew Dover told 6PR Drive host Jamie Burnett that the five-year lease concept was born out of necessity.
