When it comes to a great kick for goal, a name that is likely to come up is former Collingwood and Carlton player, Peter McKenna.

The popular personality was playing AFL in 1972 and joined Darryl Somers on Hey Hey It’s Saturday each weekend, until he played a shocking game for Collingwood and the club made him choose between footy and TV.

“I’m the only bloke in the history of television to be replaced by a stuffed ostrich [Ozzie Ostrich],” McKenna told 6PR.
