City of Armadale Mayor Ruth Butterfield told 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont that several factors contribute to the scarcity, including high-traffic and high-speed roads, abusive drivers, a full-year commitment, and minimal weekly hours.

“I think $33 an hour is not bad money it’s just that there’s such a small amount of hours,” she said.
