Darlington resident Brooke McIntosh hopes to become the fastest woman to run around Australia, set to cover 14,080 km in 180 days to raise $1 million for mental health charity The Blue Tree Project.

The 29-year-old spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said running was where she liked to take time and “make sense of the world”.
