Alec was taught how to cook fresh pasta by his nonna as a child and now carries on the tradition every Sunday with his young sons, Aldo and Elio.

Author of Pasta et Al Alec Morris spoke with Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR’s Afternoons.

“It’s just been something that I did for my whole life since my nonna taught me when I was about four or five,” he said.
