A Perth mum has been forced to pay $35,000 for cancelling her contract with BGC despite work not even being started on the site.

BGC customer Heather Duncan told 6PR Afternoons the company charged her 50 per cent more than agreed upon for site works.

“How they could have got it so wrong, I don’t know,” said Ms Duncan.
