Perth real estate  business, The Agency, opened their ‘good karma account’ for 2023 by leaving $10 notes on the front door of their Wembley office.

Paul Tonich, real estate agent from The Agency told 6PR Breakfast that this is not the first time they have taken an initiative like this.

“Corey and I decided to have a bit of a laugh and we covered the whole front door in $10 notes and through it out on a few Facebook pages to see if we can buy a few people some ice creams in this hot weather and it was really well received,” Mr Tonich said.

“I don’t know if 10 people came or one person took the lot, but I will let the universe sort that out with good karma.”
