Paw patrol: Local council’s covert plan to combat rogue dogs

A spate of dog attacks has prompted one of Perth’s biggest local councils to consider using covert patrols to catch owners who illegally let them off the leash.
City of Stirling mayor Mark Irwin told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast that the motion was about finding “productive ways” to ensure the community was kept safe.
